Beauty GOSSIP is allowed to have taste. But opinion should not masquerade as fact, and product claims should not be exaggerated beyond what can be supported.
Testing language
Words such as tested, tried, reviewed, wore, used or recommend after use should only appear where there is genuine first-hand experience. Otherwise, articles should use language such as launch note, product edit, trend watch or worth watching.
Commercial transparency
Beauty GOSSIP does not currently publish commissionable affiliate links. Any future affiliate or sponsored content will be clearly identified, and commercial relationships will not be allowed to disguise themselves as ordinary editorial coverage.
Older readers are not an afterthought
The Grown-Up Edit exists because mature beauty readers deserve practical detail, daylight honesty, glamour and wit without being reduced to anti-ageing panic.
Artificially generated drafts
The internal workflow may use automation to help create drafts, metadata and article structures. Rob review, QA checks, product verification and editorial rules still control whether content is publish-ready.
Beauty GOSSIP should be glossy without being slippery: clear labels, specific products where needed, and no fake personal testing claims.
